Currently we are searching to hire a Head of Offensive Security to oversee offensive security testing of systems, applications, and infrastructure to stay ahead of threats.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Lead the design and execution of real-world attack simulations, including ethical hacking, red teaming, and penetration testing, to uncover weaknesses security defenses</li><li>Improve organizational security posture through actionable recommendations that enhance detection, response, and preventive measures</li><li>Monitor and validate security controls, testing the effectiveness of existing measures and incident response processes</li><li>Manage threat intelligence, collaborating with blue teams to anticipate and counter evolving attack techniques</li><li>Drive security innovation by developing new offensive tools, techniques, and methodologies to stay ahead of adversaries</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>BSc in computing, or related discipline</li><li>Master’s degree will be considered as an asset</li><li>Minimum 7 years previous experience in a senior offensive security role</li><li>Proven expertise in conducting penetration tests, red/purple teaming</li><li>Experience in designing and lead complex attack simulations and adversary emulation exercises</li><li>Deep understanding and knowledge of offensive security tools, techniques and standards</li><li>Familiar with vulnerability management platforms</li><li>Ability to align offensive operations with real-world threat actor tactics, like MITRE ATT&amp;CK framework</li><li>Certified with CISSP, &nbsp;OSCP, OSWE, &nbsp;OSCE, &nbsp;OSEE, CRTO, &nbsp;GXPN</li></ul>

Head of Offensive Security (M6)

They are seeking a Mid-Senior Automation Engineer to join their Backup Automation team. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and scaling automation solutions for their Shared Backup environment and Commvault Backup &amp; Recovery platform&nbsp;(Windows Server–based). Working closely with fellow engineers, you will help drive efficiency, reliability, and compliance in a fast-evolving infrastructure. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and expand automation within the Backup environment (Commvault).</li><li>Define and implement standards and best practices for infrastructure and applications.</li><li>Design, test, and manage automation tools covering development, implementation, and operational processes.</li><li>Build and maintain&nbsp;CI/CD pipelines&nbsp;(Jenkins, GitLab) and integrate with REST APIs.</li><li>Manage the automation ticket queue: bug fixing, feature requests, and product improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.</li><li>Participate in&nbsp;24/7 on-call rotation&nbsp;(one week at a time).</li></ul>Requirements (Must-Have)<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or 3–5 years’ demonstrable experience as an Automation Engineer.</li><li>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;Python,&nbsp;PowerShell,&nbsp;Ansible,&nbsp;Jenkins, and&nbsp;Git.</li><li>Proven experience in&nbsp;Windows environments&nbsp;(Linux knowledge is an advantage).</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps principles and automation practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently, proactively, and with high attention to detail.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;Commvault Workflows, Sentry, Poetry, Splunk.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;Agile/Kanban methodologies.</li><li>Exposure to both Windows and Linux operating systems.</li></ul>
