<ul><li>Executes the administrative and secretarial tasks of the department in order to support the effective operation of the department and the vessels managed by the SMC. Η ΤΕΡΝΑ Α.Ε. εταιρεία του Ομίλου ΓΕΚ ΤΕΡΝΑ, αναζητά:ΛογιστήΑρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Εκτελεί ευρύ φάσμα λογιστικών εργασιών</li><li>Παρακολουθεί τα έργα της Εταιρείας ή των Κοινοπραξιών στις οποίες αυτή συμμετέχει&nbsp;</li><li>Εποπτεύει την ορθότητα των προς καταχώριση λογιστικών στοιχείων</li><li>Προβαίνει σε συμφωνία λογαριασμών γενικής λογιστικής και συμφωνία επιμέρους υποσυστημάτων πελατών – προμηθευτών</li><li>Προβαίνει σε κλείσιμο μηνός και&nbsp; έκδοση των περιοδικών δηλώσεων</li><li>Υποβάλλει &nbsp;τις μηνιαίες &amp; ετήσιες φορολογικές δηλώσεις (ΦΠΑ, ΦΕ, παρακρατούμενοι κ.λπ.)</li><li>Συμμετέχει στη σύνταξη ετησίων και περιοδικών οικονομικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών (είτε των επιβεβλημένων από τη νομοθεσία, είτε management accounts)&nbsp;</li><li>Υποστηρίζει το τμήμα Budgeting και συντάσσει αναφορές για λογαριασμό του τμήματος Λογιστηρίου</li><li>Υποστηρίζει το Transfer Pricing</li><li>Διασφαλίζει την εφαρμογή των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών του λογιστηρίου &amp; τα τιθέμενα χρονοδιαγράμματα των εργασιών</li><li>Συμμετέχει στην υλοποίηση νέων συστημάτων και εφαρμογών</li><li>Προετοιμάζει τα υποστηρικτικά αρχεία προς τους Ορκωτούς Ελεγκτές</li><li>Συμμετέχει σε φορολογικούς ελέγχους</li></ul>Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ Οικονομικών / Λογιστικής&nbsp;</li><li>Επιθυμητές οι Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές ή/και οι σχετικοί επαγγελματικοί τίτλοι</li><li>5 έτη κατ΄ελάχιστο προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο/ τήρηση βιβλίων Γ’ κατηγορίας</li><li>Καλή γνώση ΕΛΠ και IFRS&nbsp;</li><li>Καλή γνώση Φορολογικής νομοθεσίας</li><li>Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)</li><li>Άριστη γνώση του MS Office (με έμφαση στο MS Excel)</li><li>Γνώση του συστήματος SAP ERP θα θεωρηθεί προσόν</li></ul>Δεξιότητες:<ul><li>Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και μεθοδικότητα</li><li>Αποτελεσματικότητα και προσήλωση στην τήρηση διαδικασιών &amp; προθεσμιών</li></ul>Παροχές Εταιρείας:<ul><li>Προοπτικές εξέλιξης και ανάπτυξης σε έναν ισχυρό Όμιλο εταιρειών</li><li>Συμμετοχή σε Ομαδικό Ασφαλιστήριο Συμβόλαιο</li></ul>

Λογιστής

• Αναλυτική διερεύνηση και επιλογή βιογραφικών / Διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων • Σύνταξη και ανάρτηση αγγελιών εργασίας για εύρεση προσωπικού. • Έρευνα για Υποψήφιους σε social media. • Διαφημίζει τις διαθέσιμες θέσεις στη σελίδα σταδιοδρομίας της Εταιρείας, στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, στους ιστότοπους θέσεων εργασίας και εσωτερικά. • Επικοινωνία με τους υποψήφιους, προγραμματισμός και διαχείριση κύκλου συνεντεύξεων • Προγραμματισμός και οργάνωση τελικών συνεντεύξεων με Manager/Director • Παρακολουθεί τους βασικούς δείκτες μέτρησης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του χρόνου πλήρωσης της θέσης, του χρόνου που χρειάστηκε για την πρόσληψη και της πηγής της πρόσληψης. • Συμμετέχει σε ημερίδες σταδιοδρομίας και διοργανώνει εσωτερικές εκδηλώσεις στελέχωσης. • Διαχείριση των διαδικασιών πρόσληψης/λύσης συνεργασίας και προετοιμασία των απαραίτητων έντυπων. • Ένταξη των νεοπροσληφθέντων συναδέλφων στην εταιρία (ενημέρωση για τους στόχους και την φιλοσοφία της). • Δημιουργία και συντήρηση ψηφιακής βάσης δεδομένων με shortlist υποψηφίους για μελλοντικές θέσεις εργασίας.Απαραίτητα προσόντα• Απόφοιτος/η ΤΕΙ / ΑΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης. • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε οργανωμένη Διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινων Πόρων και εξειδίκευση στο recruitment. • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας. • Απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε λογισμικό διαχείρισης προσωπικού. • Άριστη γνώση MS Office&nbsp;και ιδιαιτέρως Excel, Word, Power Point και δεξιότητες στο reporting.&nbsp; • Ακεραιότητα, υπευθυνότητα, εμπιστευτικότητα και διάθεση για επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη και εξέλιξη. • Προσαρμοστικότητα και ευελιξία. • Άριστες δεξιότητες οργάνωσης, συντονισμού και επικοινωνίας.Παροχές<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικός – Σταθερός Μηνιαίος Μισθός</li><li>Άριστες Συνθήκες Εργασίας</li><li>Bonus &nbsp;on performance</li><li>Πλήρης απασχόληση &nbsp;</li></ul>
