As Recruiter - Supply Chain, you will be responsible to implement effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.&nbsp;What You'll Do:&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage the overall recruitment process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation), negotiate competitive offers and implement local onboarding programs.</li><li>Meet regularly with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, implement sourcing strategy, identify potential gaps in the process and suggest solutions for all issues evolving during the hiring process.</li><li>Monitor the costs of the recruitment process.</li><li>Develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines, partner with other stakeholders like universities/technical schools and participate in career events to increase candidate flow.</li><li>Use social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.</li><li>Manage the overall candidate experience, guide hiring managers on the process and make recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.</li><li>Partner with global Talent Acquisition team.</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Bring to BIC:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li><li>Starting recruiting experience with mass recruitment in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal &amp; written)</li><li>Fluency in Engish</li><li>Previous experience in&nbsp; FMCG Sector is appreciated</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or any other HR system</li><li>Multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration and negotiation skills&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;

Recruiter - Supply Chain (1 Year Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to help with our global expansion.This role will mainly focus on various corporate and/or business hiring (CS, Compliance, Operations, etc.).Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline and advising and building a close relationship with your business partners.This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) remote contract position. Contract extension is, theoretically possible, but can’t be guaranteed. The candidate doesn't have to be in the indicated location, can be other locations across APAC timezones.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.</li><li>Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding</li><li>Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process</li><li>Drive or take part in various HR&nbsp;projects and initiatives</li><li>Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners</li><li>Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier Internet company or agencies</li><li>Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus</li><li>Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
