Control the Food and Beverage cost and outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis for food &amp; beverage and communicating with relevant parties. Review cost on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and take corrective action where required.Actively seeking ways to improve the hotel spending and cost controls.Leading the month-end stock-taking for all outlets in the hotel.Support the chefs to ensure all menu recipes and buffets are accurately costed.
