Binance's Brand PR &amp; KOL team is looking for a regional KOL specialist focused on public opinion management and brand narrative — not user acquisition. You will build and maintain a regional KOL network that can rapidly mobilize when sentiment shifts, clarify misinformation, and consistently shape how Binance is perceived in your market.&nbsp;This role sits on the PR side of KOL operations. Conversion and affiliate KOLs are managed separately; your focus is influence, content quality, and community trust.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research, identify, and assess KOLs across your region using three core criteria: content quality, community influence, and output frequency</li><li>Build and continuously update a structured regional KOL database with detailed profile evaluations</li><li>Develop regional KOL strategy documents and market analyses; present findings and recommendations to the team</li><li>Monitor social media discourse in your region; identify emerging narratives, risks, and sentiment shifts in real time</li><li>When directed, rapidly coordinate KOL responses during PR events, rumor cycles, or crisis situations</li><li>Adapt global brand narratives and storytelling frameworks to resonate in your local market</li><li>Coordinate with the affiliate/referral team to avoid duplicate outreach and enrich shared KOL data</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years in influencer marketing, KOL management, PR, or community operations — crypto/Web3 or fintech experience strongly preferred</li><li>Advanced English and native in at least one regional language ( Polish/ Bulgarian / Czech, Hungarian)</li><li>Solid understanding of the regional crypto social media landscape: key voices, relevant platforms, and how discourse flows</li><li>Strong editorial judgment — able to evaluate KOLs on content depth and community trust, not just follower count</li><li>Comfortable in a research-and-strategy phase; able to build structured databases and produce clear written assessments</li><li>Self-directed, organized, and able to work across time zones in a fast-moving environment</li></ul>

KOL Business Development Specialist
