Your skills and dedication help streamline our processes, making a significant impact on the speed and efficiency with which we can provide essential treatments.&nbsp;What You Will Achieve&nbsp;In this role, you will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Receive, review and document all transactions coming into MEET Service Center&nbsp;</li><li>Detailed review/submission of all MAPP data/submissions to ensure accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all information is properly documented in workflow system&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure MAPP transactions are in compliance with MAPP policy&nbsp;</li><li>Manage all transactions using accurate standard operating procedures and compliance and control documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for completing compliance check list of compliance activities&nbsp;</li><li>Direct interactions with business colleagues to help on the transactions with healthcare professionals and external organizations&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for communicating with internal business professionals&nbsp;</li><li>Work with Legal and Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Create and execute healthcare contracts for external healthcare professionals, ensuring fair market value is accurate (per FMV calculator) and the HCP is qualified (CV review)&nbsp;</li></ul>Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)&nbsp;<ul><li>Minimum of a Bachelor's degree&nbsp;</li><li>Fluency in English language is a must; Fluency on a second foreign language (Turkish, Polish, French, German, Russian, Ukranian, Arabic) needed</li><li>Up to 2 years of experience (legal or compliance highly preferred)&nbsp;</li><li>Management of multiple client stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical skills in managing transactions within a global system&nbsp;</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management&nbsp;</li><li>Strong customer service skills and mindset&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of compliance/financial controls&nbsp;</li><li>Strength with multitasking and ensuring accurate detail&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once&nbsp;</li><li>High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills&nbsp;</li></ul>Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)&nbsp;<ul><li>Pharmaceutical industry or contracts experience</li><li>System application &amp; products - SAP/Ariba experience</li><li>Experience with FCPA transactions</li><li>Experience with financial reporting and analysis</li><li>Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements</li><li>Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement</li></ul>
