Demand Planning Supervisor

We are looking to hire an&nbsp;M&amp;A Senior Expert to join our Strategic Advisory and M&amp;A team.&nbsp;<h2>During your day you will:</h2>&nbsp;<ul><li>Perform the identification, valuation, and analysis of potential M&amp;A targets</li><li>Prepare and update financial models and other tools used throughout various deal stages</li><li>Participate in the due diligence review process, reviewing financial, operational, and legal documentation</li><li>Prepare internal presentations to Motor Oil’s management</li><li>Support negotiations and collaborate closely with all stakeholders on deal structuring and financial offer preparation</li><li>Assist in the project management of the company’s M&amp;A transactions to ensure reliable and timely preparation and execution</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration</li><li>Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA, preferably, non-compulsory</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in M&amp;A, preferably with experience in large-scale manufacturing, energy, or oil &amp; gas companies</li><li>Prior experience in a Big 4 Strategy Consulting firm, Investment Banking division, or a financial advisory institution is preferred but not mandatory</li><li>Detailed understanding of valuation methodologies. M&A Senior Expert

Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;Business &amp; Investment Senior Expert who will be responsible for supporting strategic planning, investment analysis, JV monitoring, and M&amp;A execution by delivering models, reports, presentations, insights, and market intelligence aligned with the company’s strategic goals.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Perform strategic planning and investment evaluation, through detailed financial modeling, scenario analysis and risk/opportunity assessments</li><li>Monitor and report the performance of Joint Ventures and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and value creation targets. Oversee in-depth market, regulatory, and competitor analysis to provide insights that drive informed strategic decisions.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally and with the Strategy General Division of Motor Oil Headquarters to support the execution of M&amp;A transactions and key strategic initiatives</li><li>Develop business models for projects in the development pipeline and assess potential M&amp;A opportunities, contributing to high impact presentations for executive leadership</li><li>Maintain and continuously update comprehensive industry and segment-level models to inform investment strategy and long-term planning</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Management (STEM) discipline</li><li>A master’s degree in a related field will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 8 years of broad-view experience of corporate operations and/or strategy within the Energy and/or Utilities sector</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial analysis and modelling</li><li>Deep understanding of energy market trends and operational drivers, new business models and energy business regulation</li><li>Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)</li><li>Proficient use of MS Office tools</li></ul>
