You will play an active role in leading workstreams, supporting client interactions, and contributing to the successful delivery of Diagnostic Reviews and Finance Optimization projects. In this role, you will commit to continuous learning and development, act as a brand ambassador, and proactively identify opportunities to deliver value and enhance client service. During your tenure as a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to: <ul><li>Apply knowledge of finance processes, internal controls frameworks, and best practices across key cycles such as Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash;</li><li>Lead and support the delivery of diagnostic reviews of Finance Operate functions, including process and controls evaluation;</li><li>Drive the documentation and optimization of business processes using structured methodologies (e.g., process flowcharts, SOPs, RACI matrices, policies &amp; procedures);</li><li>Identify and present opportunities in process improvement, standardization, and automation;</li><li>Collect and analyze data to generate insights and support recommendations within Finance Optimization projects;</li><li>Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to design and implement enhanced processes and control frameworks;</li><li>Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex client business challenges.</li></ul> #OurRequirements Potential candidates should fulfill the following criteria: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Finance / Auditing / Economics;</li><li>3 - 6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or Process &amp; Controls assessment roles;</li><li>Hands-on experience in process documentation and controls evaluation (e.g., flowcharts, SOPs, RACI matrices, policies);</li><li>Good understanding of core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C);</li><li>Excellent command of the English language;</li><li>Strong computer literacy and analytical skills;</li><li>Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines;</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills;</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (for male candidates).</li></ul> Preferred skills: <ul><li>Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Auditing, Business Administration or related disciplines will be a plus.</li></ul> #AboutTax Managing taxes is a critical part of an effective business strategy and our Tax Business offers clients a broad range of fully integrated tax services by using the help of modern technology.
