Hellenic Cables S.A. is seeking a Health &amp; Safety Engineer to join our Health &amp; Safety department in Thiva’s Plant.&nbsp;Role Description<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards, procedures and instructions&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and carry out regular HSE audits and inspections ensuring timely closure of all identified actions&nbsp;</li><li>Is responsible for the overall planning, application, control and check of the HSE standards and their certification process&nbsp;</li><li>Identifiy legal and other requirements (e.g. ISO) and acknowledges all necessary steps for the company's compliance to them&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate HSE incidents investigation process ensuring all incidents are investigated and that appropriate, corrective and preventive actions are implemented&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure proper HSE training of all employees&nbsp;</li><li>Manage contractors and ensure that they comply with the relevant legal and other HSE requirements&nbsp;</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor degree in Engineering field&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3years’ professional experience in industrial sector&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands, technologies, and market conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent&nbsp; command in Greek &amp; English language (verbal and written communication skills)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience and training in health &amp; safety administration is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Any applicable safety certificates would be an asset&nbsp;</li></ul>The Company offers:<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Company Car</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>
