We are currently looking for an&nbsp;Advanced Analytics Engineer&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;Metallurgy&nbsp;sector Technology team in our industrial complex facilities located in&nbsp;Paralia Distomou,&nbsp;Viotia.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:• &nbsp; &nbsp;Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems such as process engancement, predict equipment failure, improve energy efficiency, optimize consumption of raw materials, etc. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into our metallurgy products and services. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure the availability and integrity of data. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Create visualizations and reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and the operation excellence sector. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Work with engineers, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions in the metallurgy sector. Advanced Analytics Engineer

The HR &amp; Payroll Administrator, is a key member of the HR team, focusing on the smooth day-to-day payroll and HR processes and procedures. The role’s main goal is to ensure that payroll data is collected accurately and that all hr administrative tasks are handled efficiently. The HR &amp; Payroll Administrator works closely with the Plant HR Manager and supports various HR activities like onboarding new colleagues, managing employees’ quires and supports plant’s management team on all hr related issues.&nbsp;How you will contribute:<ul><li>Monthly payroll data collection and registration in Epsilon SCAN-HRMS software</li><li>Cooperation with the Payroll Manager for the accurate monthly payroll calculation</li><li>Ergani procedures in case of new hires, leavers, ending contracts, salary, overtime declaration and upload the weekly shifting and its changes and maintain monthly payroll / &nbsp;HR reporting needs</li><li>Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations</li><li>Support HR initiatives and programs, such as employee onboarding, administering benefits, monitoring leaves, creating employee contracts, support on organizing annual staff events</li><li>Support the Plant HR Manager on recruitment administrations tasks (cv screening, interview scheduling etc)</li><li>Monitors efficiently all Health &amp; Safety procedures and training for plant’s employees</li><li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication regarding payroll and hr issues</li></ul>&nbsp;What you will bring:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant role</li><li>Knowledge of payroll processing software (preferably Epsilon SCAN-HRMS)</li><li>Proficient user of Ergani System</li><li>Good knowledge of labor and insurance legislation</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping</li><li>Critical thinking and problem solving and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life and medical insurance</li><li>Excellent career opportunities and learning development</li><li>Modern and friendly working environment</li><li>Working in a dynamic and fast-growing organization</li></ul>&nbsp;
