The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, supervising production personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety</li><li>Develop and implement improvements to equipment, workflow, and production systems</li><li>Supervise, and coordinate production team, ensuring tasks are completed according to daily plans and operational priorities</li><li>Design, evaluate, and modify mechanical components or systems to improve production performance</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, process instructions, and equipment specifications</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues on production lines and provide immediate technical support</li><li>Support installation, testing, commissioning, and validation of new production equipment</li><li>Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and downtime</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, R&amp;D, Supply Chain) to support operational goals</li></ul>Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (5 years degree)</li><li>Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred</li><li>Very good knowledge of English language &amp; MS Office</li><li>Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems, automation, and industrial equipment</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills</li></ul>
