ELVALHALCOR - Copper &amp; Alloys Extrusion Division&nbsp; is searching for a&nbsp;&nbsp;RAW MATERIAL CATEGORY SPECIALIST&nbsp;with organizational and time-management skills to join our Metal Purchasing department team in our plant in Oinofyta Voiotia, Greece.Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow-up on purchase and sales contracts. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuous communication with suppliers and customers to process issues. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Creates purchase/sales contracts and cost estimates which are approved by the buyer and management. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Creates purchase orders. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Registers metal entries. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Gathers/verifies all necessary import and export documents. Sends purchase invoices to VIM. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Checks and processes domestic purchase payments. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Creates a sorting report and sends it to the supplier. Maintains and monitors the report for claims. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Creates a new supplier, modifies, and expands existing ones to other company codes. Updates on any changes concerning the supplier. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Evaluates suppliers and suggests improvement actions. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develops tools and optimization procedures for daily work. Participates in new projects. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Reporting. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Organizes and coordinates exports of by-products/scrap. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Follows up on customer payments. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Preparation and categorization of environmental documents for their submission to the Ministry of Environment. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collection and maintenance of financial and environmental documents from domestic suppliers. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Forwarding documents for signing by management and sending them to relevant parties.&nbsp;Requirements: • &nbsp; &nbsp;University Degree&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Fluency in English, both oral and written (second foreign language desired) • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficiency in Microsoft Office • &nbsp; &nbsp;Sound knowledge of SAP ERP • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong organizational and time management skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;High sense of responsibility with special emphasis on compliance with company’s procedures&nbsp;The company offers: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Dynamic work environment • &nbsp; &nbsp;Career and Development Plan • &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuous Training • &nbsp; &nbsp;Competitive remuneration package • &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional insurance coverage&nbsp;
