ElvalHalcor&nbsp;is searching for a driven Financial Reporting Analyst with a continuous improvement mindset to join our dynamic Finance department team in Marousi, Athens.&nbsp;Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Participate in interim and year-end preparation of the consolidated reporting package and financial reports and statements as per IFRS • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with processing and analysis of financial data • &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform reconciliations and controls on reported information • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for the Management and to support other departments’ activities • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure compliance with established rules and policies set by the Group • &nbsp; &nbsp;Liaise with third parties such as, auditors, consultants etc. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support Investor relations department in various activities • &nbsp; &nbsp;Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned&nbsp; Requirements: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance • &nbsp; &nbsp;Post-graduate degree (MBA/MSc.) or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA etc.) would be considered a plus • &nbsp; &nbsp;3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting • &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of SAP ERP &amp; BPC would be considered a plus • &nbsp; &nbsp;Thorough knowledge of IAS/IFRS • &nbsp; &nbsp;Good knowledge of consolidation • &nbsp; &nbsp;Analytical mind with oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • &nbsp; &nbsp;Full professional proficiency in English • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent knowledge of MS Office • &nbsp; &nbsp;Willing to hit the ground running and ability to work under pressure The Company offers: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Competitive remuneration package • &nbsp; &nbsp;Dynamic work environment • &nbsp; &nbsp;Career and Development Plan • &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuous Training • &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional Health Insurance
