The&nbsp;Copper Tubes Division of ElvalHalcor&nbsp;is searching for a results-driven Product Design &amp; Customer Support Engineer, responsible for the design and supervision of new product development and production methods, to join our Development Department at Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece.Role DescriptionKey Responsibilities:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Respond to customer technical inquiries regarding high-performance products, including production feasibility, availability of routings and production tools, and existing codifications. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Create and issue new production specifications for high-performance products and ensure adherence to these specifications. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain and update the Specifications Library. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage product codifications, as well as the creation, maintenance, and updating of routings and Bills of Materials (BOM). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Handle and prepare samples and trial orders. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide customer service support (CTS) for issues related to high-performance products. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate development of new products (NPD Coordinator). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Design and optimize production processes for new products.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor's Degree in in Mechanical Engineering or Technological orientation • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent command / proficiency of the English language. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Very good computer skills (MS Office). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control Systems. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Good knowledge of mechanical drawing. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is considered an asset. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and adaptability. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication skills and teamwork oriented. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Results-driven, with a commitment to excellence. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail, methodical, consistent, and a high sense of responsibility.&nbsp;The company offers:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Dynamic work environment • &nbsp; &nbsp;Career and Development Plan • &nbsp; &nbsp;Continuous Training • &nbsp; &nbsp;Competitive remuneration package • &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional insurance coverage
