The Copper and Alloys Extrusion Division of ElvalHalcor&nbsp;is searching for an&nbsp;Export Sales Specialist, with business acumen to join our dynamic Commercial Department at&nbsp;Oinofyta, Voiotia, Greece.Role Description&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepare commercial proposals-offers to our customers • &nbsp; &nbsp;Follow up on Customers' Orders and Order Confirmations/Contracts and product deliveries to customers • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proactively seek for new Business Opportunities (new markets, new customers, new products, leads generation), market research and competition analysis • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints • &nbsp; &nbsp;Distribute product information to relevant departments and update the product database with technical and commercial specifications. Update salesforce with customer information and visit reports. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Create monthly sales &amp; cost analysis reporting per customer, market, and product categories using the SAP system relevant modules • &nbsp; &nbsp;Negotiate contracts with customers • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attend trade exhibitions and conferences • &nbsp; &nbsp;Meet with clients virtually or in sales visits • &nbsp; &nbsp;Suggest improvements of internal processes &amp; methods of work&nbsp; &nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
