As a Legal Counsel / Contract Manager you will be providing legal support skilled to the Project Team and overall legal support to the Company.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Contract management tasks and responsibilities, incl. the drafting and negotiating of subcontracts, variations and claims and assisting with general strategy for contract management</li><li>Proactive monitoring of contractual rights and obligations under the contract and/or subcontract(s).</li><li>Timely interacting with in-house legal specialists, Insurance, Finance, Compliance and other departments relevant for proper contracting and negotiation.</li><li>Legal advice to all Company’s departments in respect of Company’s activities (i.e., tendering, contracts, corporate law issues, etc).</li></ul>Requirements:&nbsp;<ul><li>Law Degree and a Master Degree in Law – preferably but not necessarily construction law and/or contracting law;</li><li>Preferably previous working experience as a contract manager in offshore (wind) construction or capital infrastructure;</li><li>Excellent Command of English Language and preferably as a second language German;</li><li>Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills;</li><li>Being Customer &amp; Result Oriented;</li><li>Proactive &amp; Dedicated to Detail;</li><li>Able to work under Tight Deadlines;</li><li>Highly Energetic &amp; Motivated;</li><li>Strong Ability To Work In Multi-Disciplinary Teams;</li></ul>The Company Offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>
