Ενημέρωση και συμβουλευτική υποστήριξη των πελατών σχετικά με τις πολιτικές εγγύησης της Tesla.</li><li>Ενημέρωση των πελατών για τα προϊόντα και την εφαρμογή Tesla App, τις επισκευές, τις πληρωμές και τα τιμολόγια, απαντώντας σε ερωτήσεις με φιλική και κατανοητή γλώσσα</li><li>Διαχείριση των διαδικασιών χρέωσης και τιμολόγησης στον χώρο, παρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων με πελάτες, λήψη εγκρίσεων για επαγγελματικούς πελάτες και ασφαλιστικές υποθέσεις, καθώς και υποστήριξη του τμήματος εισπράξεων (AR).</li><li>Διατήρηση ενός τακτοποιημένου, αντιπροσωπευτικου χώρου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (σαλόνι πελατών, είσοδος εξυπηρέτησης) και οργάνωση του χώρου στάθμευσης</li><li>Διαχείριση του στόλου.</li><li>Διoργάνωση test drives, εκπροσωπώντας τα νέα προϊόντα και συμβάλλοντας στην ενίσχυση των πωλήσεων</li><li>Διαχείριση των αφίξεων χωρίς ραντεβού και των απρόβλεπτων περιστατικών στον χώρο, διασφαλίζοντας&nbsp;μία ομαλή λειτουργία του χώρου εργασίας</li><li>Πλήρης κατανόηση των προϊόντων και των διαδικασιών εξυπηρέτησης της Tesla, για την εκτέλεση βασικών, οπτικών διαγνωστικών ελέγχων και την ακριβή καταγραφή εντολών επισκευής στα συστήματα</li><li>Στενή συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες (π.χ. τεχνικούς) για να διασφαλίσετε ότι τα αυτοκίνητα των πελατών εξυπηρετούνται αποτελεσματικά και χωρίς προβλήματα</li><li>Ανάληψη πρόσθετων καθηκόντων, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της επιχείρησης</li></ul><ul><li>Confidently communicate with customers as a Tesla ambassador through digital channels, and face-to-face to provide: Scheduling/status updates, waiter updates, and payment requirements</li><li>Manage escalations, confidently resolving and defusing difficult conversations across all communication channels.
