Senior Program Manager

Regional Senior Category Planner – Football & Emerging Sports

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a strong accounting background and exposure to treasury processes to further develop within a structured and collaborative corporate environment.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability</li><li>Manage and maintain bank and card provider agreements, ensuring accurate execution and follow-up</li><li>Prepare and deliver treasury reports, including cash flow statements and KPIs</li><li>Perform bank and card reconciliations, ensuring alignment between bank statements and accounting records</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate transaction postings, settlements, and bank fees</li><li>Support month-end closing activities related to cash, bank, and card accounts</li><li>Contribute to the development, optimisation, and documentation of treasury processes and internal controls</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a plus</li><li>At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting; exposure to treasury processes is highly desirable</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems, especially in SAP, is considered a strong advantage</li><li>Solid understanding of banking products and card agreement procedures</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English (fluent in both written and spoken English)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate good time management</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines</li></ul>
