Σύμβουλος Πωλήσεων Καταστήματος Πάτρα DLEPAT

Based in Patras, Greece, and reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance while ensuring the seamless operation of the store.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Monitoring the local market, identifying competitor activities, and proposing strategic adjustments to maintain the store’s competitive edge</li><li>Expanding the customer portfolio by actively identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients</li><li>Developing and executing sales plans in collaboration with the Regional Manager to meet revenue and profitability targets</li><li>Overseeing and guiding in-store promotional activities to ensure successful execution and maximum customer engagement</li><li>Managing the preparation, submission, and follow-up of commercial offers to ensure high conversion rates</li><li>Ensuring compliance with the company’s commercial and credit policy while monitoring customer balances and coordinating collections with the Credit Department</li><li>Leading by example in customer service, addressing complaints, and ensuring an optimal in-store experience</li><li>Managing inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and shortages</li><li>Supervising the proper organization and functionality of the store’s warehouse, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards</li><li>Overseeing store layout and visual merchandising to align with corporate guidelines and enhance product presentation</li><li>Motivating, training, and evaluating store employees to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field from a university, technical institute (TEI), vocational training institute (IEK), or technical school</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Store Manager, preferably in the electrical or technical equipment industry</li><li>Experience in sales and business development, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth</li><li>Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of electrical equipment, products, and related systems is preferred</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data and make business decisions</li><li>Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and data analysis tools</li><li>Fluent in both Greek and English (written and verbal)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Results-driven with a focus on sales growth</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment</li><li>Decision-making ability under pressure</li><li>Excellent organizational and planning skills</li></ul>Benefits provided by the company:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Health insurance plan</li><li>Friendly and dynamic working environment</li></ul>

The most important goal of the Store Manager is to motivate and inspire the entire team to achieve the store productivity goals! The role’s most fascinating part is described below:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Assumes overall responsibility of the store.</li><li>Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including a passion for beauty and self-expression, driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory control and follow up with customers.</li><li>Ensure company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times. Enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.</li><li>Plans, coordinates, and executes all merchandising direction, campaigns, and sales promotions.</li><li>Prioritizes, plans, and adjusts schedules as necessary to maximize sales: is responsible for the staff planning.</li><li>Hires to the needs of the business, actively helping the Area Sales Manager to recruit to ensure open positions are filled quickly.</li><li>Coaches team in the moment, providing consistent and constructive feedback.
