Περιγραφή Θέσης:Αναζητούμε έναν Τεχνικό Η/Υ και Δικτύων για την υποστήριξη των τεχνολογικών συστημάτων μας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την αποτελεσματική επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων που θα προκύπτουν κατά την πρόσβαση ή χρήση εσωτερικών συστημάτων/εφαρμογών από τους χρήστες στα καταστήματα και τα κεντρικά γραφεία. Η θέση απαιτεί την παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε θέματα hardware, software και δικτύου, καθώς και την εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Παροχή πρώτου επιπέδου τεχνικής υποστήριξης και αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων (troubleshooting) στους χρήστες του ηλεκτρονικού εξοπλισμού της εταιρίας (Υπολογιστές, εκτυπωτές, ταμειακά, tablet κ.ο.κ.)</li><li>Επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων που σχετίζονται με hardware, software και network πλατφόρμες (End-to-end επίλυση).</li><li>Εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και συντήρηση υπολογιστικών συστημάτων (laptops, workstations) και περιφερειακών μηχανημάτων (εκτυπωτές, scanners κ.λπ.).</li><li>Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση δικτύων (LAN/WAN, VPN) και της υποδομής πληροφορικής.</li><li>Καταγραφή αναφορών σχετικά με τον εντοπισμό και τον τρόπο επίλυσης προβλημάτων για την αποφυγή επανεμφάνισης.</li><li>Αλληλεπίδραση και συνεργασία με άλλες ομάδες για την επίλυση σύνθετων ζητημάτων.</li><li>Διενέργεια διαγνωστικών τεστ και εκτέλεση τακτικής συντήρησης.</li></ul>Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:<ul><li>Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ/ΙΕΚ στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής / Δικτύων / ή άλλο συναφές.</li><li>Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ρόλο IT Helpdesk/Service Desk/IT Support.</li><li>Ισχυρή γνώση και εμπειρία σε υποστήριξη δικτύων, hardware και εγκατάσταση software.</li><li>Εμπειρία χρήσης και υποστήριξης σε λογισμικά Microsoft, συμπεριλαμβανομένων Windows και Microsoft 365.</li><li>Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης και αντιμετώπισης κρίσιμων θεμάτων.</li><li>Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, εστίαση στις ανάγκες των χρηστών και άμεση ανταπόκριση στα αιτήματά τους.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά).</li><li>Ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία.</li></ul>Παροχές:<ul><li>Ανταγωνιστικός μισθός βασισμένος σε δεξιότητες και εμπειρία.</li><li>Σταθερό ωράριο εργασίας και ισορροπία εργασίας-προσωπικής ζωής.</li><li>Συνεχής εκπαίδευση και ευκαιρίες επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης.</li><li>Σύγχρονο, φιλικό και υποστηρικτικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον.</li></ul>
