Process Technician

We are currently looking for a&nbsp;Laboratory Supervisor for our new project in BOAK.&nbsp;&nbsp;Your role will encompass:&nbsp;<ul><li>Participates in the Implementation of Project Quality Plan and Project Quality System and monitors the proper adherence to procedures to ensure and control compliance of construction projects with regulations, codes, specifications, contractual and quality requirements.</li><li>Participates in the development of Site Laboratory’s quality documents and forms (Laboratory Procedures, Quality Control Forms, Method Statements etc). Ensures all laboratory testing services are conducted in accordance with company protocols and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO, DPWH).</li><li>Conduct on-site inspections of materials and workmanship (e.g., structural, MEP, finishes) to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.</li><li>Oversees laboratory operations, including the testing of soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt, and ensure the laboratory is kept clean and orderly.</li><li>Inspect incoming materials and verify they meet project specifications and standards.</li><li>Trains, mentors, and supervise laboratory technicians and field staff.</li><li>Manages calibration, verification, and maintenance of all lab equipment to ensure reliable results.</li><li>Reviews and signs off on laboratory test reports and maintains organized, compliant records.</li><li>Liaise with 2nd party agencies and conducts QC Inspections &amp; Audits to Construction Sites &amp; Subcontractor’s facilities (e.g batching plants, steel structure manufacturers etc) to monitor the compliance with QA/QC Management System, Company Policies, standards, and legislation.</li><li>Provides Technical support and guidance to Project team &amp; subcontractors for effective management of Site Quality issues.</li><li>Participates in managing Non-Conformities in proposition and evaluation of corrective &amp; preventive actions. Assists in planning of necessary measures to remove QC deviations and non-conformities and to prevent reoccurrence. Follows up on any observation recorded in collaboration with Site team.</li><li>Manages external Laboratories for material testing (soil, aggregate, concrete etc) and on-site testing, according to project Inspection &amp; Test Plans.</li><li>Carries out technical review of procurement documentation, materials &amp; equipment regarding Quality issues. Participates in the procedure for Material Evaluation &amp; Submission to Client in collaboration with Site teams.</li><li>Participates in Site meetings and meetings with the Client regarding Quality issues when required.</li><li>Preparess QC and Site Laboratory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).</li><li>Participates in the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standard.</li></ul>&nbsp;What you bring to the role:&nbsp;<ul><li>Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualifications.</li><li>Minimum 5 to 7 years of evidenced experience in the QC Sector as a Laboratory Supervisor.</li><li>Current Construction Quality Control Management certifications.</li><li>Good knowledge and hands-on experience in External &amp; Internal Quality Audits.</li><li>Sound knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.</li><li>Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills</li><li>Team player with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and oral.</li><li>Ability to identify and intervene in problem areas, well-developed problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to interface seamlessly with engineering, construction, and operations contractors.</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written) is necessary.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Group Health Insurance program</li><li>Discount on the household electricity bill</li><li>Pension Plan</li><li>Ticket Restaurant</li></ul>
