The Team Leader, B2B Sales is responsible for guiding and supporting the sales team to ensure performance goals are met. This position manages day-to-day operations by providing expertise, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive team environment. Additionally, the Team Leader oversees service delivery and ensures adherence to organizational standards and expectations.DescriptionKey Responsibities:<ul><li>Lead team meetings to review performance metrics and set priorities to ensure alignment and focus on goals</li><li>Monitor team performance and analyze sales data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement</li><li>Coach team members through scenarios and real-time feedback to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement</li><li>Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company standards</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to stay updated on offerings and to align sales strategies with business objectives</li><li>Develop and implement training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge</li><li>Conduct quarterly performance evaluations for team members to provide constructive feedback and set development goals</li><li>Maintain accurate records of team activities and report on progress to upper management regularly to ensure transparency and accountability</li></ul>Candidate profile:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with 2 - 4 Years of Experience preferred.</li><li>Strong background in Sales is preferred.</li><li>Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
