We are hiring a Channel Management &amp; Strategy Expert to design, refine, and optimize how Nexi Greece sells across direct, indirect, and digital acquisition routes.This is a senior strategy and design role; you will not manage day-to-day sales teams, but you will shape the entire channel architecture to ensure we grow profitably, efficiently, and in line with merchant needs.You will be the internal architect of our commercial engine, working closely with stakeholders from Sales &amp; Alternative Channels Management, Product &amp; Marketing, Pricing &amp; CVM teams while also connecting with peers in other Nexi Group countries to share and adopt best practices.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities1. Channel Strategy &amp; Design<ul><li>Design Nexi’s channel mix across direct sales, alternative partners, retail branches, and digital channels</li><li>Define the role, target segments, and KPIs for each route to market</li><li>Build scalable go-to-market models tailored to merchant needs and channel economics</li><li>Prioritize and roadmap new channel opportunities (e.g., digital onboarding, referral ecosystems)</li></ul>2. Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with:<ul><li>Head of Product &amp; Marketing to align go-to-market by product type</li><li>Head of Pricing &amp; CVM to calibrate incentives and margin performance by channel</li><li>Alternative Channels Manager to scale or refine partner programs</li><li>Sales Leads to test, validate, and implement channel improvements</li><li>Influence senior stakeholders with data and commercial logic</li></ul>3. Channel Performance Optimization<ul><li>Analyze channel-level performance (conversion, churn, ARPU, cost-to-serve)</li><li>Identify cannibalization, overlap, or gaps in merchant acquisition</li><li>Recommend tactical and strategic actions to improve channel effectiveness</li></ul>4. Channel Management & Strategy Expert

As an Independent Software Vendor Account Manager, you will step into an exciting opportunity to grow within Nexi while contributing to our mission of redefining digital payments.Before you start working in our Commercial department, you will go through well-structured on the job training that will prepare you for your new role. As a IT Business Analyst (Systems Requirement Analyst, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in KRIONERI-ATHENS . Together, we will work on the Optimus project to bring the debit card functionality into production on our new issuing system, Powercard, and to complete the analysis of the credit and prepaid card functionality according to the project plan, in order to achieve the strategic business objectives of Powercard.
