Ο/η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τους Hiring Managers και θα αναλαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες που ενισχύουν την ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση των ανθρώπων μας.Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες<ul><li>Διαχείριση end-to-end διαδικασιών προσλήψεων (sourcing, screening, συνεντεύξεις, αξιολόγηση).</li><li>Συνεργασία με το Management για τον σχεδιασμό αναγκών στελέχωσης.</li><li>Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών προσέλκυσης ταλέντου.</li><li>Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων People Development (onboarding, upskilling, career paths, performance frameworks).</li><li>Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την εκτέλεση δράσεων Employee Engagement &amp; Culture.</li><li>Υποστήριξη θεμάτων HR operations (policies, performance cycle, training coordination).</li><li>Δημιουργία και παρακολούθηση HR reports &amp; dashboards (π.χ. Talent Acquisition & People Development Officer

Do you love helping people grow? As a Learning &amp; Development Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our people’s growth journey.
