The primary scope of this role is to plan, coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and facilities ensuring their effective operation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and controls required to manufacture cement and provide relevant guidance to electrical technicians to ensure flow continuity of the production process</li><li>Maintain safe and clean work area at all times; Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs; Plan, coordinate and ensure safe operation of subcontractors</li><li>Manage preventative and corrective maintenance schedules and completion for all electrical equipment, components and installations to achieve safe and uninterrupted operation</li><li>Oversee the work performed by staff and contractors as required for each job to ensure completion in a timely and quality manner</li><li>Maximize equipment availability using efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs.
