The Officer, Security, is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues by patrolling and monitoring the premises, personnel, and company assets.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSecurity Patrols:<ul><li>Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry as necessary.</li><li>Obtain help by sounding alarms when needed.</li></ul>Loss Prevention:<ul><li>Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.</li><li>Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures.</li></ul>Environmental Monitoring: Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and adjusting building and equipment controls as required.Equipment Maintenance:<ul><li>Ensure the operation of security equipment by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs when necessary.</li><li>Evaluate new equipment and techniques as needed.</li></ul>Team Contribution: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as required.Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the security management team.Skills, Experience &amp; Educational Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant positions</li><li>Professional qualification from a recognized institute</li><li>Good knowledge of English</li><li>Physically fit</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Comprehensive training and development opportunities</li><li>40-hour workweek on a rotating schedule, with 2 days off per week</li><li>Complimentary staff meals during shifts</li><li>Private health insurance and prepaid bonus card</li><li>Special discounts at partnered businesses</li><li>An exciting work environment in one of the world’s most exclusive destinations</li></ul>&nbsp;Our brand is expanding faster than ever before.
