The Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Catering and Conference Service Managers assisting with contracts, BEO’s, and office administration.&nbsp;What you will do<ul><li>Process all mass and special mailings generated by the catering office or for related catering purposes.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Maintain all catering files in accordance with established procedures and standards.</li><li>The ability to requisition supplies and collateral through the purchasing system with the proper signatures and put said items in their proper place.</li><li>Conduct tours of the property with meeting planners and potential clients.</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>English language is a mandatory requirement / Greek would be a plus</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Events</li><li>Microsoft Office &amp; Outlook knowledge is needed</li><li>Previous experience would be a plus</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer:&nbsp;<ul><li>Employee Meals;</li><li>Ticket Restaurant Monthly Amount of 100EUR</li><li>Uniform &amp; Laundry;</li><li>Bus Transportation to/from Elliniko;</li><li>Monthly Employee Recognition Program;</li><li>Opportunities for Global Travel through Task Forces and Transfers;</li><li>Employee Travel Program (after completing six months with the company, you are eligible for complimentary nights in Four Seasons properties worldwide).&nbsp;</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Hours:<ul><li>Full-Time Job - 5 working days per week</li></ul>
