About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and delivery-focused IT Digital Partner to join our IT eCommerce team. In this role, you will coordinate the successful delivery of multiple IT initiatives across eCommerce, ERP, CRM, PIM, and custom platforms — ensuring cross-functional alignment, structured execution, and strong collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.You will report directly to the IT eCommerce Manager and work across a diverse portfolio of predefined digital projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of our digital platforms (B2B &amp; B2C), aligning business needs with technical solutions</li><li>Coordinate internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track and ensure issues are resolved quickly</li><li>Turn business requirements into clear, actionable project plans</li><li>Monitor timelines, risks, and progress using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira</li><li>Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment across stakeholders</li><li>Participate in technical discussions, ensuring that proposed solutions support business goals</li><li>Support testing and go-live phases, ensuring that deliverables meet quality expectations</li><li>Gather feedback and track platform performance to drive future improvements</li><li>Help prioritize and manage the digital roadmap</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>4+ years of experience in IT project management or coordination, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or B2B digital projects</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple digital initiative</li><li>Solid understanding of digital platforms and data flows (technical background is a plus, but not required)</li><li>Familiarity with B2B and B2C models, and a strong interest in customer-facing platforms and technologies</li><li>Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking</li><li>Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in structured delivery frameworks</li></ul>What to Expect from Us:<ul><li>Competitive salary &amp; benefits package</li><li>Work in an award-winning company (Best Workplace in Greece for 11 years)</li><li>Be part of an innovative and growing team</li><li>Learning &amp; career development opportunities</li></ul>ΑΙΤΗΣΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ
