The Technical Support, IT Ops is responsible for daily production work tasks and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of systems analysis for hardware and software. This position will report to our local Leader.What you need to have is?<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with three to five years of relevant experience</li><li>General understanding of Network</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Knowledge of Incident response</li><li>Experience as L1/2 Technical support</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinates as smart hands with different portfolios and engineering workgroups</li><li>Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment</li><li>Attend to break/fix engagement as required by Situation Management for technology-related problems and issues received from both internal and external clients</li><li>Prepare, maintain and submit reports and applicable records of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system</li><li>Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment</li><li>Perform checks and ensure that antivirus definition, Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering</li><li>Spend between 60% - 70 % of time clearing trouble tickets and work orders in a timely manner. IT Technician

We are currently looking for:Application Support EngineerRequirements:<ul><li>University degree in computer science or related subject.</li><li>Professional experience in the implementation and support of ERP systems and users.</li><li>Familiarity with Database Systems (Microsoft SQL Server) SQL and knowledge of Transact SQL programming.</li><li>Knowledge of Entersoft ERP and familiarity with programming languages is highly desirable.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel - Word - PowerPoint, Office 365).</li><li>Ability to diagnose, analyze and solve problems.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English.</li><li>Communicative personality with customer orientation, flexibility and adaptability.</li><li>Spirit of teamwork and cooperation.</li><li>Responsibility and consistency.</li><li>Strong organizational, coordination and time management skills.</li></ul>Main Tasks:<ul><li>Participate in the development and maintenance of all business needs using the tools/languages provided by the software used by the company and complex t-sql queries.</li><li>Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users (ERP, Retail, WMS etc).</li><li>Contribute in the development and implementation of various EDIs for interfacing with third party applications inside and outside the company.</li><li>Deliver quality services to end users and build a relationship of trust.</li><li>Take part in projects undertaken by the IT department.</li></ul>If you wish to work in a pleasant, youthful environment that supports respect for all, entrepreneurship and quality, we will be happy to receive your CV, indicating the code&nbsp;IT/24.All CVs will be treated with confidentiality
