Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

The Reward Analyst provides year round support for compensation processes, systems and/or projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Accountabilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Processes reward proposals, conducts salary surveys, and tracks market data.</li><li>Contributes to reward initiatives such as benefit plans, pay gap analysis, and the Annual Reward Review.</li><li>Prepares regular and ad hoc reports related to reward and budgeting.</li><li>Assists with international mobility assignments.</li><li>Collaborates with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team&nbsp;</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>BSc in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.</li><li>MSc in HR or MBA is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); general computer literacy.</li><li>Basic understanding of employment law and reward practices is desirable.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Basic understanding of HR processes and reward principles.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>High level of discretion in handling confidential information.</li><li>Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.&nbsp;</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
