Αν είσαι οργανωτικός, έχεις προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και σου αρέσουν οι αριθμοί, έλα στην ομάδα μας!Αρμοδιότητες:<ul><li>Διαχείριση τραπεζικών λογαριασμών &amp; ταμείου.</li><li>Εξασφάλιση ότι όλες οι πληρωμές (μισθοί, προμηθευτές, ενοίκια) πραγματοποιούνται έγκαιρα.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση και είσπραξη καθυστερημένων οφειλών από πελάτες.</li><li>Έλεγχος των ταμειακών ροών και διατήρηση της ρευστότητας.</li><li>Διαχείριση της επικοινωνίας με τον εξωτερικό λογιστή.</li><li>Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τη φορολογική νομοθεσία και έγκαιρη υποβολή δηλώσεων.</li><li>Διαχείριση ΦΠΑ, ασφαλιστικών εισφορών και λοιπών υποχρεώσεων.</li><li>Ανάλυση δαπανών και βελτιστοποίηση κόστους.</li><li>Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών για την αύξηση της κερδοφορίας της MACOhair.</li><li>Έλεγχος και έγκριση παραγγελιών και εξόδων.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση της κοστολόγησης των προϊόντων και των υπηρεσιών.</li><li>Προετοιμασία εβδομαδιαίων οικονομικών reports προς τη διοίκηση.</li></ul>Τι ζητάμεΠτυχίο στα Οικονομικά, Λογιστική, Χρηματοοικονομικά ή συναφές πεδίο.Εμπειρία 2+ ετών σε οικονομική διαχείριση ή λογιστήριο.Ικανότητα χρήσης ERP συστημάτων ή Excel για οικονομική διαχείριση.Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.Δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.Προσφέρουμε:<ul><li>Μισθό 900-1.200€ + bonus απόδοσης.</li><li>Remote εργασία με ευέλικτο ωράριο.</li><li>Φιλικό και υποστηρικτικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον.</li><li>Ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης σε έναν αναπτυσσόμενο οργανισμό.</li></ul>

Οικονομικός Βοηθός | Finance Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking a candidate for the position of&nbsp;Technical Writer&nbsp;for the preparation of the technical portion of Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&amp;ED) tax credit claims for the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). These claims are prepared for the benefit of Canadian companies who undertake research and development projects and are coordinated by a team from the Montreal, Canada office of Grant Thornton (RCGT).&nbsp;The successful candidate will be responsible for&nbsp;analyzing technical documentation&nbsp;provided by the client, including internal records and recorded interviews with specialists involved in the project. Based on this information and following drafting strategies outlined by the RCGT manager, the candidate will&nbsp;prepare technical reports&nbsp;that address key elements such as the technological limitations faced by the project, the work undertaken to address these challenges, and the technological advancements achieved as a result.The position is for full-time employment through Grant Thornton Greece&nbsp;and will be working exclusively with the RCGT team in Montreal, remotely.The candidate will be mentored and trained by engineers and scientists at the forefront of the field of tax incentives for technological development. The position involves drafting a technical report which relates the key elements of the client’s project.Who You Are: Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li> </li><li>A relevant academic background in Computer Science or Information Technology;</li><li>Fluency in English (CEFR C1-C2, proficient user spoken and written), as the deliverable will be a technical report;</li><li>Mastery of Informatics / Computer Science technologies and associated scientific language;</li><li>The candidate must be able to quickly understand projects involving, but not limited to, research in the following fields:</li></ul><ol><li>Programming and algorithms (artificial intelligence);</li><li>Platforms (SaaS, e-commerce, deployment, scaling);</li><li>Infrastructures (distributed architectures, cloud computing);</li><li>Multimedia (game engines, rendering technologies, real-time);</li><li>Telecoms (electronics, signal processing, embedded code).</li></ol><ul><li>This role requires a solid understanding of many different technological verticals and a capacity to synthesize information into a concise report which reflects the key elements of a project.</li></ul>What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
