You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating both technical implementation and project teams.Your Role Will Encompass:<ul><li>Managing and supervising electrical and mechanical projects across the Energy Services portfolio.</li><li>Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery.</li><li>Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or deviations, and taking corrective actions.</li><li>Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation.</li><li>Supporting the preparation of techno-economic proposals for new projects and customer solutions.</li><li>Handling technical issues and equipment faults, including diagnosing and resolving malfunctions.</li><li>Conducting on-site visits for project construction, commissioning, inspections, and troubleshooting of equipment failures.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with technical standards, health and safety regulations, and legal frameworks.</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Bring to the Role:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (AEI or ΤΕΙ).</li><li>Professional license to practice as an Engineer in Greece (TEE registration) is considered an asset.</li><li>5+ years of experience in project engineering or site supervision of electrical/mechanical installations.</li><li>Familiarity with energy monitoring systems (meters, inverters, HVAC) and energy performance assessments (Energy Audits).</li><li>Being a certified Energy Inspector will be considered a strong asset.</li><li>Hands-on experience in project implementation, commissioning, and performance verification.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and familiarity with IoT and energy monitoring technologies.</li><li>Experience with energy monitoring systems (meters, inverters, HVAC systems, etc.) and in energy performance certification of facilities (Energy Audits).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package.&nbsp;</li><li>Ticket Restaurant.&nbsp;</li><li>Preferential household electricity plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Group Health Insurance program.&nbsp;</li><li>Pension Plan.</li></ul>&nbsp;
