Store Demand Planning Specialist is a member of the Store Forecasting &amp; Replenishment team, who is at the origin of the store planning process and the cornerstone of the logistic optimization.We are looking for talented person with both relationship and data analysis skills, who is willing to take challenges in the fast-moving food retail business sector.&nbsp;What you will focus on<ul><li>Evaluates, reviews and releases/changes order proposals produced by the system (SAP F&amp;R) for the allocated stores, considering available stock, discrepancies, events, trends and daily logistical information in order to secure optimal inventory levels, to increase availability/sales</li><li>Coordinates with Operations and Buying departments to create manual orders for the allocated stores</li><li>Interprets system exceptions, proposes, and implements a fit solution depending on the situation</li><li>Configures Demand Influencing Factors (DIFs) related to calendar events and promotions in the system for the allocated stores</li><li>Communicates and coordinates with the allocated stores on daily basis to provide store support for replenishment</li><li>Produces and shares relevant reports in order to ensure transparency of all relevant to F&amp;R KPIs and SAP F&amp;R functioning (for the allocated stores)</li></ul>&nbsp;Who we are looking for<ul><li>BSc in Mathematics/Statistics, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant field.&nbsp; MSc would be considered an asset</li><li>Working experience up to 2 years in retail store operations, supply chain, logistics and/or demand planning</li><li>Excellent command of MS Office applications. The role who will be responsible for projects across Greece, ensuring compliance with QHSSE policies, implementing QHSSE standards, performing risk assessments, conducting training, and managing safety plans and compliance at construction and operating sites.<h2>During your day you will:</h2><ul><li>Ensure operational compliance with QHSSE policies, Crisis &amp; Emergency Plans, and legal frameworks, including ESG reporting requirements.</li><li>Perform Safety Engineer/Technician duties and ensures legal compliance in HSE, supporting departments in meeting their legislative requirements.</li><li>Create site visit reports and provides consultation to site supervisors on QHSSE compliance and best practices.</li><li>Conduct regular sessions with site supervisors for either operational or project sites to review ongoing QHSSE issues and relevant contractors performance.</li><li>Identify training needs, delivers HSE training, and convenes safety meetings to promote awareness and compliance.</li><li>Support the implementation of QHSSE MS standards, including Management of Change processes, across departments.</li><li>Undertake risk assessments and develop Emergency Response Plans for various projects and operations.</li><li>Initiate procurement requests for services by Safety Coordinators and provides technical advice</li><li>Assist in incident management, leading investigations per INIL procedures to identify learnings and preventive actions.</li><li>Collaborate with external stakeholders and authorities, staying updated on relevant QHSSE legislation and fostering a proactive safety culture.</li></ul><h2>What you need to stand out:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering or other relative field will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 5 years of working experience on relative business as Health and Safety Inspector/coordinator preferably on construction or field operations</li><li>QHSSE Technical Competencies</li><li>Sound knowledge of ISO requirements</li><li>Fluency in English (verbal and written)</li><li>Leadership Skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Organizational skills</li><li>Time management skills</li><li>Travelling flexibility is required</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Our Compass is the #ACTION#A_uthenticity#C_ompassion#T_eamwork#I_ntegrity#O_wnership#N_ever giving up&nbsp;&nbsp;What gives us energy:<ul><li>Friendly and fast paced environment, being always at the heart of the #action</li><li>Continuous learning to empower our teams</li><li>Career Development opportunities across the Motor Oil Group</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;*We @Motor Oil Group are an equal opportunity employer.Our hiring decisions are based solely on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
