We work together to shape the future of energy and we focus on developing and empowering our people, cultivating their talents that will shape our future journey towards the energy transition.<h2>Starting with the role:</h2>Currently we are searching to hire a&nbsp;SCADA &amp; IT Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and compliance of SCADA systems across various renewable energy installations while collaborating with different departments to gather requirements. SCADA & IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager &amp; Application Owner to fill a hybrid role within our IT department. This individual will be responsible for both leading the successful, end-to-end delivery of different sizes of IT projects and for assuming full lifecycle ownership of one or more key business applications. This position will focus mainly on the “Project Delivery” and “PPM (Project Portfolio Management)” domains.What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Hybrid work model</li><li>A dynamic, multicultural team with opportunities for personal and professional growth</li><li>Access to continuous learning and development programs</li><li>Health insurance and other benefits tailored to your needs</li><li>The chance to work in a global environment, collaborating with colleagues from across Europe and beyond</li></ul>Your Responsibilities:As an IT Project Manager<ul><li>Initiation &amp; Planning:<ul><li>Collaborate with sponsors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, work-breakdown structure and resource plan</li><li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.</li><li>Establish project budget and track invoices process.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>RFI / RFP Preparation:<ul><li>Partner with business and technical teams to define detailed requirements for new software</li><li>Author comprehensive Request for Information and Request for Proposal documents.</li><li>Manage the vendor communication and Q&amp;A process.</li><li>Organize and facilitate vendor demonstrations.</li><li>Lead the vendor evaluation committee, develop scoring matrices and provide a final selection recommendation.</li><li>Support the procurement and legal teams during contract negotiation.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Execution &amp; Control:<ul><li>Lead project kick-off meetings and regular status meetings.</li><li>Proactively manage and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.</li><li>Manage the project budget, tracking actuals against forecast and handling change requests.</li><li>Prepare and deliver clear status reports and presentations to all levels of stakeholders</li><li>Ensure project documentation and deliverables are tracked, reviewed and approved</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Closure:<ul><li>Coordinate User acceptance testing and ensure all criterias are met for go-live.</li><li>Manage the project transition to the operational support team.</li><li>Conduct post-project reviews and "lessons learned" sessions.</li></ul></li></ul>As an Application Owner<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Roadmap:<ul><li>Develop and maintain the 3-5 year strategic roadmap for the application(s), aligning with business objectives.</li><li>Plan for the application lifecycle, including upgrades, enhancements, and eventual closure.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Financial Management:<ul><li>Develop and manage the annual budget for the application(s), including licenses, maintenance, support, and enhancement costs.</li><li>Continuously track and optimize costs</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Operations &amp; Performance:<ul><li>Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and problem management.</li><li>Monitor application performance, availability, and user satisfaction.</li><li>Liaise with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure the underlying technology stack is robust and secure.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Lifecycle &amp; Vendor Management:<ul><li>Manage the backlog of bug fixes and enhancement requests</li><li>Oversee the release management and change control process for the application.</li><li>Manage the relationship with the application vendor(s), ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and driving value from the partnership.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Compliance &amp; Security:<ul><li>Ensure the application adheres to all internal security policies and external regulations.</li><li>Elaborate compliance and security documentation during project implementation</li><li>Coordinate regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery testing</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications:Essential<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering</li><li>More than 5 years of practical experience in projects related applications</li><li>Demonstrable experience as an application owner, product management</li><li>Project management certification (PMP)</li><li>Experience working in Agile methodology for managing product backlog</li><li>Proven, end-to-end experience leading RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation, and selection.</li><li>Strong experience managing external vendors and managed service providers</li><li>Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company</li><li>Fluent or native English speaker</li><li>Knowledge and experience on Google workplace</li></ul>&nbsp;Desirable<ul><li>Knowledge and experience with technical fields ( application architecture, servers and applications services troubleshooting,...)</li><li>Conversant in French would be advantageous</li></ul>
