Combining creativity, precision, and genuine hospitality, we turn each occasion into a memorable moment for our guests.About the RoleAt Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking motivated On-Call Banquet Waiters/Waitresses to join our Banquet &amp; Events team for the 2026 season.This on-call position is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking flexible, part-time engagement in a dynamic luxury environment. You will support the successful execution of events by delivering seamless service and ensuring all operational standards reflect the excellence of Four Seasons.What You Will Do<ul><li>Assist with event set-up, including table arrangements, buffet stations, and room layout preparation according to function sheets.</li><li>Perform detailed room checks prior to event commencement to ensure readiness and compliance with standards.</li><li>Provide attentive and professional service during events, responding promptly to guest and host requests.</li><li>Liaise with event hosts to ensure their needs are met throughout the function.</li><li>Manage post-event breakdown, including clean-up, linen removal, and proper storage of equipment.</li><li>Report any incidents or operational issues to the Banquet Manager.</li><li>Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&amp;B operational procedures.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Greek citizenship or legal right to work in Greece.</li><li>Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs.</li><li>Availability to be on-call and respond promptly when required.</li><li>Previous banquet or hospitality experience is an advantage.</li><li>Reliable transportation (access to a car is preferred).</li><li>Professional attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Part-time, on-call basis (approximately 3–4 days per week, depending on business needs).</li><li>Compensation of €80 per 8-hour shift or €120 per 12-hour shift.</li><li>Opportunity to gain experience in a world-class luxury events environment.</li><li>Potential growth and development within the property.</li><li>A collaborative and dynamic team culture.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Engagement<ul><li>On-call / Casual employment basis.</li><li>Flexible schedule according to event programming and operational needs.</li></ul>
