Intellectica is recruiting a&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;on behalf of its client, a long‑established engineering company that provides integrated processing, cooling and packaging solutions for the food &amp; beverage industry in Greece and the wider region, supported by more than six decades of experience in delivering complete production lines, advanced equipment and after‑sales service. As part of a broader industrial group active in food technology and engineering solutions, the company represents leading international manufacturers and executes turnkey projects across Greece and Southeastern Europe. The Project Manager will report to the head of the Production function and work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Service, Procurement, Operations and Finance teams, taking full ownership of production line projects and frequently traveling to client sites in Greece and Cyprus.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Leading the full lifecycle of production line projects for food &amp; beverage clients, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget</li><li>Translating project requirements into structured plans with clear milestones and deliverables, while coordinating day‑to‑day progress across clients, engineering teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders</li><li>Monitoring timelines, identifying risks early, implementing corrective actions and preparing concise status updates to maintain transparent communication</li><li>Reviewing equipment specifications to verify technical compliance and alignment with project needs</li><li>Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning activities at client sites in Greece and Cyprus, ensuring smooth transition from installation to operational use</li><li>Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with international suppliers when required</li><li>Serving as the central point of contact for all project‑related communication</li><li>Managing suppliers to ensure accurate technical delivery, timely shipments and adequate on‑site support</li><li>Facilitating effective collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Service, Procurement and Operations</li><li>Preparing technical documentation, providing clarifications and supporting cost estimations when needed</li><li>Maintaining accurate project records and updates within ERP/CRM systems</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,&nbsp;Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred</li><li>Certification in Agile Project Management (e.g., PMI-PMP, IPMA) is highly desirable</li><li>Minimum&nbsp;3 years of experience in project management&nbsp;within industrial, engineering or technical environments</li><li>Experience with industrial machinery, production equipment or food &amp; beverage processing/packaging lines is strongly advantageous</li><li>Solid understanding of technical specifications, equipment compliance and installation/commissioning processes</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects with significant onsite presence</li><li>Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English, both written and spoken</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently across Greece and Cyprus (approx. 50% of the time)</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong communication and cross‑functional coordination</li><li>Solid planning, prioritization and organizational discipline</li><li>Analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation</li><li>Attention to detail and technical accuracy</li><li>Accountability, ownership and reliability</li><li>Team collaboration and customer‑focused approach</li></ul>

Proect Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Proposals Engineer&nbsp;to join our Proposals team for our M Power Projects Division within our Paiania offices.&nbsp;Your role will encompass:<ul><li>Lead the analysis of complex customer requirements, providing strategic input to the Proposal Manager and aligning proposed solutions with client expectations and project objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure timely and successful proposal submissions in line the established targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the development of engineering designs and technical studies required to support the proposal, ensuring technical robustness and compliance with client and regulatory standards as well identify dependencies, and risks associated with the proposed mechanical engineering solutions, and suggest risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the technical scope of tenders and of the proposed products .
