The role is responsible for leading the Portfolio &amp; Governance function by ensuring effective portfolio planning, governance execution, and reporting, while also overseeing Agile coaching capabilities across the organization.&nbsp;You will drive automation and leverage AI to enhance efficiency, insights, and decision-making, while actively contributing to the continuous evolution of our Agile ways of working and delivery excellence.&nbsp;More specifically you will:&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage a team ensuring high performance and continuous growth&nbsp;</li><li>Execute and continuously improve portfolio governance processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities&nbsp;</li><li>Define, track, and report on portfolio KPIs and performance metrics&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the Agile coaching practice, ensuring the effective adoption and evolution of Agile frameworks and ways of working &nbsp;</li><li>Partner with Agile Coaches to drive delivery maturity, team effectiveness, and organizational agility&nbsp;</li><li>Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities across domains&nbsp;</li><li>Organize and manage governance forums (e.g., portfolio reviews, steering committees), including agenda preparation and follow-ups&nbsp;</li><li>Consolidate and prepare portfolio reporting for Group level&nbsp;</li><li>Drive automation of governance processes, reporting, and KPI tracking (e.g., dashboards, workflows)&nbsp;</li><li>Leverage AI and data-driven approaches to improve insights, forecasting, and decision-making&nbsp;</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort across the portfolio lifecycle&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality, and transparency in reporting and governance activities&nbsp;</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field&nbsp;</li><li>At least 3-4 years of experience in portfolio management, governance, or similar environments&nbsp;</li><li>Experience leading or coordinating teams&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with automation tools, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools, workflow automation)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek &amp; English and with both technical and business audiences&nbsp;</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
