As an Insurance Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in risk assessment, contract evaluation, and insurance policy management. Job Description:<ul><li>Support day-to-day marketing operations and assist with general tasks as needed.</li><li>Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.</li><li>Assist in updating the company’s Content Management Systems (CMS) by uploading and editing website content (text, images, etc.).</li><li>Conduct regular audits of website content to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Provide administrative and organizational support for internal and external company events.</li><li>Conduct basic research and gather information to support reports, presentations, and other documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with various teams to collect content requirements and updates.</li><li>Participate in ad hoc projects and contribute to more complex tasks depending on business needs.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek (written and oral).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate ideas clearly.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and work proactively.</li><li>Adaptability and comfort interacting with a wide range of people and situations.</li><li>Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or PrestaShop, is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.</li></ul>
