The Retail Product &amp; Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services. We are looking for a talented and driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our CRM &amp; Analytics team. As a Digital Communications Specialist you will be responsible for supporting and engaging both internal and external Customers by providing information and training on e-Banking, encouraging the adoption of digital channels, and contributing to the acquisition of new users and the retention of existing retail and business e-Banking customers.What you will be doing&nbsp;&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp; Coordinate the execution of targeted multi-channel customer campaigns and actively contribute to the development of automated and ad hoc promotional initiatives aimed at strengthening customer acquisition and retention of Retail and Business e-Banking Customers.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp; Promote Bank’s digital channels, products and services across internal platforms (Intranet), the corporate website and social media in collaboration with relevant Divisions, ensuring consistency of presence and messages. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Coordinate the design and implementation of communication and promotional content across digital channels in collaboration with relevant business units to ensure consistency and alignment with key priorities. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Evaluate the effectiveness of communications based on digital engagement metrics and propose improvement actions where needed. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage the design and delivery of a diverse range of learning tools such as e-learning courses, interactive multimedia content, step-by-step user guides, and other educational resources to effectively support both employees and customers in their digital journeys. • &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage and respond to customer queries across various contact points regarding the functionality, usage, and troubleshooting of the Bank’s digital services, ensuring a seamless and informed customer experience.&nbsp;What you need to have&nbsp;• &nbsp; &nbsp;A Bachelor’ s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital or relevant field. • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Master’ s degree in related field is preferred. • &nbsp; &nbsp;At least three (3) years of working experience in a relevant position in a services business or in the financial sector&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and collaboration skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Solid analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Attention to detail.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;A Customer-centric mindset and a passion for improving Customer experiences.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient use of the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (written and spoken).&nbsp;Applications will be acknowledged and treated in utmost confidence.&nbsp;&nbsp;What we offer&nbsp;It’s all about our people.
