We are hiring a Channel Management &amp; Strategy Expert to design, refine, and optimize how Nexi Greece sells across direct, indirect, and digital acquisition routes.This is a senior strategy and design role; you will not manage day-to-day sales teams, but you will shape the entire channel architecture to ensure we grow profitably, efficiently, and in line with merchant needs.You will be the internal architect of our commercial engine, working closely with stakeholders from Sales &amp; Alternative Channels Management, Product &amp; Marketing, Pricing &amp; CVM teams while also connecting with peers in other Nexi Group countries to share and adopt best practices.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities1. Channel Strategy &amp; Design<ul><li>Design Nexi’s channel mix across direct sales, alternative partners, retail branches, and digital channels</li><li>Define the role, target segments, and KPIs for each route to market</li><li>Build scalable go-to-market models tailored to merchant needs and channel economics</li><li>Prioritize and roadmap new channel opportunities (e.g., digital onboarding, referral ecosystems)</li></ul>2. Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with:<ul><li>Head of Product &amp; Marketing to align go-to-market by product type</li><li>Head of Pricing &amp; CVM to calibrate incentives and margin performance by channel</li><li>Alternative Channels Manager to scale or refine partner programs</li><li>Sales Leads to test, validate, and implement channel improvements</li><li>Influence senior stakeholders with data and commercial logic</li></ul>3. Channel Performance Optimization<ul><li>Analyze channel-level performance (conversion, churn, ARPU, cost-to-serve)</li><li>Identify cannibalization, overlap, or gaps in merchant acquisition</li><li>Recommend tactical and strategic actions to improve channel effectiveness</li></ul>4. Channel Management & Strategy Expert

We are currently looking for dedicated individuals in the role of Senior Advanced Analyst/Data Scientist who excel in data analytics and are passionate about analyzing large amounts of raw information, aiming to improve the IQOS Consumer Journey.&nbsp;Your ‘day to day’:&nbsp;<ol><li>Loyalty Platform Ownership &amp; Enhancement</li></ol>Own the IQOS Loyalty Club platform roadmap. Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement new features, upgrades, and fixes. Champion engagement mechanics (e.g., badges, gamification, personalization engines) and oversee their development from concept to launch. Ensure the platform remains innovative, reliable, and aligned with business needs.&nbsp;<ol start="2"><li>Innovation &amp; Idea Incubation</li></ol>Proactively generate ideas to elevate the Loyalty Club experience. Pilot creative campaigns and digital tools (e.g., interactive challenges, partner integrations) using consumer insights and tech trends to propose initiatives that differentiate our offering.&nbsp;<ol start="3"><li>Technical Liaison &amp; Issue Resolution</li></ol>Act as the bridge between business and IT. Translate business needs into technical briefs and coordinate with internal teams or vendors for implementation. Communicate technical constraints and opportunities clearly to business stakeholders. Support and advise on troubleshooting and crisis management for both member and system issues.&nbsp;<ol start="4"><li>Vendor &amp; Partner Coordination</li></ol>Manage relationships with technology vendors and promotional agencies. Ensure compliance with technical standards and collaborate on deploying new features or campaigns, such as integrating a contest microsite into the main platform.&nbsp;<ol start="5"><li>Budget Oversight</li></ol>Manage the Loyalty Club budget to support planned activities. Maintain financial discipline and work closely with Finance to monitor and control spending.Each of these responsibilities ensures the role goes beyond maintenance into proactive development of our Loyalty Club.
