Good MS Office Skills</li><li>Advanced numeracy and literacy, and in-depth knowledge of Retail, Consumer and People KPIs</li><li>Ability to multi-task, efficient and effective in time management</li><li>Ability to develop strong and credible relationships with store team.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;YOUR ACTIVITIES:<ul><li>This position is base in the adidas Outlet of Spata and directly reports to the Store Manager</li><li>As an in-Store Trainer, you will drive consistency in the delivery and implementation of Retail learning programs that enable a premium consumer experience, support operational excellence and help adidas meet or exceed our business and people objectives.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Service Culture:<ul><li>Role-model service standards and salesfloor leadership skills</li><li>Provide feedback on observed service behaviors of all team members</li><li>Drive daily Team Huddles and Team Captain role on the salesfloor</li><li>Champion consumer NPS and membership initiatives</li><li>Conduct consumer NPS call-backs</li><li>Drive product knowledge transfer to selling behaviors</li><li>Support adoption of consumer facing tools.</li></ul>&nbsp;Learning Operations:<ul><li>Create monthly training calendar with store leadership and local Training team</li><li>Plan and coordinate all learning activities for new and existing team members</li><li>Go-to person in store for adidas retail digital learning platforms</li><li>Guide and support Store Leadership Team on creating and completing learning plans</li><li>Organize and ensure availability of relevant training materials</li><li>Support participant journey in expert and specialists certification programs</li><li>Support learning needs related to campaign launches and events</li></ul>&nbsp;Learning Delivery<ul><li>Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions</li><li>Co-lead implementation of adidas consumer Service Model (CEI) with Store Leadership</li><li>Deliver service and selling skills training</li><li>Deliver evergreen and seasonal product learning in relevant categories</li><li>Deliver new employee Onboarding program instore and in district(s) if required</li><li>Engage with the learners throughout their digital learning journey</li></ul>&nbsp;
