If this is what you like, then we’d love to meet you!&nbsp;For our Headquarters located in Athens&nbsp;Metropolitan&nbsp;City we are looking for a&nbsp;HR Internship, who will report to the HR Manager.&nbsp;As an HR Intern, you will be:<ul><li>Supporting the talent acquisition process end-to-end (job adverts, interviewing, assessment centers, shortlisting, offers, hiring procedure)</li><li>Supporting all HR tasks in Ergani (employment contracts, announcement of employment, resignations, end of contracts, amendments etc)</li><li>Assisting with the administration aspects (vacations, sick leaves etc) and updating reports</li><li>Managing the HR system to control the clock in/out of the employees, the scheduling and every administration task to ensure total legal compliance</li><li>Maintaining updated the HR files</li><li>Assisting with all daily operations of the HR function</li><li>Organizing the planning and implementation of trainings</li><li>Completing appointed HR projects in a professional and timely manner</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;As an HR Intern, you have:<ul><li>Eligibility to attend an internship program through your University or Academic Institution</li><li>A strong interest in HR operations</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel</li><li>Fluency in English (preferably Proficient)</li><li>Fast learner with time management skills and adaptability</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Very good planning, organizational and follow up skills</li><li>Team oriented personality</li><li>Achievement drive, analytical and numerical abilities</li><li>Problem solver that can take ownership, work independently and possess eye for detail</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;As an HR Intern, the company will provide:<ul><li>A buddy with in-depth professional experience to support you</li><li>Great learning opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Compensation for transport costs</li><li>Hybrid model of working</li></ul><ul><li>Career opportunities in a global organization</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are a passionate person and interested in joining our team, submit your complete resume&nbsp;CV in English.
