Reporting directly to the General Manager of Quick Commerce, you’ll play a key role in overseeing business performance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering insights that shape the future of our operations.If you’re passionate about combining data, strategy, and collaboration to create measurable business impact, this role is for you. &nbsp;What you’ll be doingLeadership &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Be at the heart of our performance management and continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Act as a trusted partner across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress.</li><li>Collaborate with Logistics, CX, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to execute key initiatives.</li><li>Influence decision-making by delivering strategic recommendations and actionable insights.</li></ul>Business Performance<ul><li>Drive core business management processes — daily cadences, weekly/monthly business reviews, forecasting, and planning.</li><li>Own performance reporting frameworks, ensuring timely and high-quality insights.</li><li>Challenge results against OKRs and budgets, proposing corrective actions where needed.</li><li>Champion reporting enhancements, automation, and scalable data solutions.</li></ul>Advanced Analytics &amp; Strategic Insights<ul><li>Lead deep-dive analytical projects to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities.</li><li>Provide financial and operational analysis to support business commentary and decision-making.</li><li>Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.</li><li>Identify opportunities for efficiencies, cost optimization, and sustainable growth.</li></ul>Special Projects &amp; Strategic Initiatives<ul><li>Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from scope to delivery.</li><li>Define project KPIs, ensure alignment, and monitor progress to achieve strategic outcomes.</li><li>Partner with internal and external stakeholders to turn ideas into results.</li></ul>P&amp;L Analysis and Insights<ul><li>Lead forecasting and scenario planning to support financial discipline.</li><li>Identify and drive initiatives that improve revenue streams, cost efficiency, and unit economics.</li></ul> What you need to be successful <ul><li>3–6 years of experience in business performance, strategy, operations, or consulting.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with exposure to senior leadership.</li><li>Expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills — you can turn complex insights into simple, compelling recommendations.</li><li>A proactive, curious, and data-driven mindset.</li><li>A love for fast-paced, dynamic environments where collaboration is key.</li></ul> Who we are efood is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door.
