We are on the lookout for a proactive and strategically minded Regional Co-op Marketing Supervisor to join our fast-paced Marketing team. This role acts as a key liaison between our internal marketing function and the portfolio of brands we represent. You will be responsible for cultivating strong brand partnerships, aligning marketing strategies, securing co-op budgets, and delivering integrated campaigns that drive visibility and commercial impact. All actions and negotiation should be implemented in all Region (4 countries).As part of a multibrand retail organization, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external brand partners to ensure consistent messaging, timely campaign execution, and optimal brand exposure across all consumer touchpoints.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Brand Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key brand partners, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding of marketing goals, product launches, and brand positioning.</li><li>Lead the development, planning, coordination, and execution of joint marketing campaigns aligned with the annual MarCom strategy and promotional calendar.</li><li>Responsible for execution E2E on all new drops or campaigns deriving from brands execution E2E (production, photo shooting, instore materials etc).</li><li>Align internal marketing plans with brand calendars to ensure timely and impactful communication, product storytelling, and market activations.</li><li>Stay up to date on upcoming product launches and brand strategies by attending presentations, briefings, and regular meetings with brand partners.</li><li>Negotiate, secure, and manage co-op marketing budgets from brands, ensuring maximum return on investment and brand visibility.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams such as Digital, Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Buying to ensure cohesive 360° campaign rollouts.</li><li>Create and coordinate all briefs for the relevant teams or external companies.</li><li>Track and evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Plan and execute in-store and external events or activations in collaboration with agencies and brand partners.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Μarketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in a marketing or brand partnerships role, preferably in retail or FMCG environments.</li><li>Proven experience in managing co-op marketing initiatives or collaborating directly with external brands.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary, bonus scheme, private health insurance, and other benefits to support your well-being.</li><li>Growth &amp; Development: We invest in your professional development with continuous learning opportunities, mentorship programs, and clear career progression paths.</li><li>Employee Discounts: Enjoy generous discounts at all FOURLIS Group brands – INTERSPORT, IKEA, Foot Locker, Holland &amp; Barret.</li><li>Inclusive Culture: We celebrate diversity and are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.</li><li>Work from-home flexible policy.</li></ul>&nbsp;Apply now and become part of our journey into a bold new era!
