Subsequently, we passionately invest in their skill-set development by: (1) providing a comprehensive product education orientation (2) setting performance related targets that impact their end of year salary increase, reinforcing at the same time meritocracy, (3) supporting an open space culture to nurture knowledge sharing.As a Senior Programmatic Specialist you will:<ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end setup, management, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across DV360, Adform, and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)</li><li>Lead the technical setup of campaigns in ad servers (CM360/Adform)</li><li>Deliver deep-dive reports &amp; insights and identify trends in audience behavior to influence overall media strategy</li><li>Own the delivery against demanding KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Brand Lift).</li><li>Implement A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for tracking issues, pixel discrepancies, and creative quality check, utilizing Google Tag Manager and debugging tools</li><li>Lead relationships with publishers to negotiate PMPs (Private Marketplaces) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals</li><li>Provide guidance for junior specialists, ensuring best practices are followed across the department</li></ul>Job requirementsWhat you will bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic trading</li><li>Expert knowledge of programmatic DSP platforms (e.g. DV360, Adform)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ad servers, with experience supporting tracking and measurement implementations</li><li>Advanced analytical mindset for data-driven decision making</li><li>Proven ability to manage high-budget portfolios across varying markets and industries simultaneously</li><li>Full professional proficiency in both Greek and English</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau is a plus </li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Hybrid Working Model</li><li>Private Medical &amp; Life Insurance</li><li>Inspiring and challenging projects</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Extensive education</li><li>City Center Office</li></ul>
