You are anticipated to manage time effectively, think critically and creatively with the desire to learn and understand new concepts, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.For this role, you are required to:<ul><li>Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating regulatory requirements and business needs into actionable strategies, policies, methodologies and processes</li><li>Design comprehensive frameworks related to Fraud, Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and other financial crime topics</li><li>Analyze regulatory guidance and expectations for risk assessment, due diligence, transaction monitoring, as well as other items in the supervisory agenda for financial crime, with a focus on evolving regulatory requirements (such as the new AMLR package) and the resulting transformation across the AML lifecycle</li><li>Engage stakeholders through compelling presentations and discussions, fostering a collaborative environment for idea exchange and consensus building</li><li>Keep up to date with the latest banking trends and developments</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success&nbsp;<ul><li>A bachelor's and master’s degree in areas such as accounting and finance, finance and banking, economics, statistics, mathematics or engineering.</li><li>Experience (limited or extensive) in the financial services/banking sector regarding any of the following or other relevant areas:<ul><li>Fraud</li><li>AML</li><li>KYC</li><li>Regulatory Compliance</li></ul></li><li>Strong written and verbal communication in Greek and English</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team</li><li>Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to understand and critically use AI and emerging technologies to deliver high‑quality outcomes</li><li>Travelling availability and potential work on projects abroad</li></ul>&nbsp;Ideally, you’ll also have<ul><li>A professional qualification related to financial crime (e.g. Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist, Certified Know-Your-Customer Associate, Certified Fraud Examiner etc.)</li></ul>&nbsp;What we look forYour passion for excellence, your enthusiasm and motivation for personal and professional growth characterize you.
