The Institutional Advancement &amp; Media Support Officer supports the development, management, and promotion of media initiatives related to ACS Athens Global and the Media Literacy program. The role combines content creation, analytics, project coordination, and digital strategy to strengthen the school's online presence and support global initiatives.Basic Functions and Scope:<ol><li>Advancement:&nbsp;<ul><li>Administrative oversight and support of the Advancement processes and procedures</li><li>Maintain accurate records of the fundraising funnel</li><li>Support the activities and events associated with the Advancement function</li></ul></li><li>Media Productions:<ul><li>Overall administrative operation of the Media Studio</li><li>Maintain accurate records of projects</li><li>Coordinate with the school entities regarding their media production needs</li><li>Assist in organizing and promoting the annual Media Literacy Festival&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Alumni Affairs<ul><li>Content Development: participate in creating, curating, and managing content for ACS Athens Global platform, in alignment with the school’s vision and mission.</li><li>Collaborate with the ACS Athens Communications Office to maintain and enhance the online and social media presence of Alumni Affairs.</li><li>Coordinate and assist Alumni Affairs Team in organizing events and other initiatives&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li>Data Analytics and Reporting:<ul><li>Analyze website and social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.</li><li>Run analytics on web pages and digital platforms to assess their impact and make recommendations for optimization.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports summarizing progress, impact, and future recommendations for initiatives as needed</li></ul></li><li>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Assist in coordinating and managing projects related to Alumni Affairs media productions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Support the planning and execution of the annual Media Literacy Festival and other related events.</li></ul></li><li>Other tasks:&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the Data Protection Officer for GDPR compliance and related schoolwide privacy audits as required.</li></ul></li></ol>&nbsp;Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Marketing and/or Communications</li><li>At least two years of work experience in Marketing, Communications, or Administrative Assistant</li><li>Good computer literacy with the flexibility to learn new platforms</li><li>Very good knowledge of both written and verbal English and Greek&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Strong work ethic, team spirit, creative and goal-oriented personality</li><li>Previous experience with event planning and fundraising (desireable)</li></ul> Position Type:Part-TimeJob Requirements<ul><li>At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.</li><li>Citizenship, residency or work visa required</li></ul>
