The Retail Product &amp; Services Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and delivering Vodafone’s retail proposition across devices, accessories, and technology-related services. The role leads a large, multidisciplinary team (20+ FTEs) and owns the end-to-end commercial performance of retail products and services. It plays a critical role in positioning Vodafone as a destination for technology, ensuring strong execution across retail channels and a compelling, differentiated customer experience. This is a high-impact role combining team leadership, commercial ownership, retail marketing, and operational control, with direct influence on revenue, margin, and in-store performance.Key Accountabilities:• &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead and develop a high performing team of 20+ professionals, setting clear objectives, ways of working, and accountability while driving a performance &nbsp;and results oriented culture.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Define and execute the retail products and services strategy, positioning Vodafone as a technology destination through a differentiated portfolio across devices, accessories, and value added services, informed by customer insights and market trends.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Own full commercial performance and P&amp;L, including pricing, promotions, commercial policies, revenue growth, margin optimization, cost efficiency, and performance reviews with corrective actions.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Drive retail marketing and customer experience excellence, owning end to end execution across physical and digital touchpoints, in store experience, merchandising, and targeted campaigns to maximize traffic, conversion, and upsell.&nbsp; • &nbsp; &nbsp;Lead services development, purchasing, and cross functional alignment, scaling technology related services (financing, insurance, trade in), ensuring seamless supply, optimal stock and logistics, and strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across Retail, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and Marketing.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;8-12+ years of experience in retail, commercial, product, or marketing roles with proven experience leading large teams (15–20+ people), including managers. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong track record of P&amp;L ownership and delivering commercial results. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Deep understanding of retail business dynamics (products, merchandising, sell-out drivers) combined with solid understanding of purchasing, supply chain, and stock management principles. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in consumer electronics, telco, or technology-driven environments is highly desirable • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability, high level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
