Are you fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as a German-Speaking Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.Responsibilities:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Guide new clients through digital onboarding, particularly focusing on KYC requirements and procedures.Requirements:<ul><li>Fluency in German &amp; English (both written and verbal) is essential.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Availability to work 24/7/365 to ensure continuous support.</li></ul>
