This role blends creativity with hands-on execution across internal and external communications, media relations, content creation, branding, digital engagement, and event production.&nbsp;The ideal candidate brings a proactive, innovative mindset, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment — helping shape and amplify Energean’s voice, image, and impact.&nbsp;Key Accountabilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Support the planning and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives.</li><li>Draft, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, corporate presentations, the company website, and social media channels.</li><li>Monitor media coverage, prepare analytical reports, and maintain the media contacts database.</li><li>Coordinate and execute corporate events, conferences, community engagement and employee activities, from concept to delivery.</li><li>Provide creative input in branding and design, ensuring a consistent visual and narrative identity across all materials.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (PR agencies, vendors, suppliers).</li><li>Contribute fresh ideas and storytelling concepts for campaigns that highlight Energean’s projects, achievements, and sustainability agenda.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing (in-house or agency).</li><li>Familiarity with corporate communications within energy, infrastructure, or related industries.</li><li>Hands-on experience or keen interest in event production, branding, and visual communication.</li><li>Proficiency with digital tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.</li><li>Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design and digital tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Greek and English.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.</li><li>A creative mindset with visual awareness and a passion for design and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach.</li></ul>&nbsp;Rewards:We offer a competitive benefits package including medical coverage, pension plan, life insurance, opportunities for continuous training, and career development pathways.
